The freedom we experience every day is made possible by the men and women of the armed forces who dedicate themselves to protecting our country and our way of life.
Recognizing the tremendous sacrifice of so many, WSVC was founded to specifically support our veterans throughout the Western Slope. Organized as a focal point for veteran’s resources, WSVC has established local partnerships with businesses and educational institutions to offer special services and program for veterans and their families.
In order to continue this vital work moving forward, WSVC also depends on donations from the community. These funds are directly used to maintain the WSVC office and to provide funding for special services as needed to help veterans live a healthy and productive life.
As a member of our community you have a unique opportunity to support our veterans and this important organization by providing assistance that directly impacts the lives of our local veterans.
Your one-time or recurring donation is tax deductible and is used exclusively for veterans support on the Western Slope.

The Jimmie Farris Memorial Wall stands as a symbol of the Western Slope Veterans Coalitions’ recognition of veterans who are no longer with us. The Memorial is dedicated to honor the courage, sacrifice and devotion to duty and country of all who answered the call of duty and served in the defense of our nation.
We can never replace them. We can never repay them. But with a donation to WSVC of $50, you can inscribe a Veteran’s name on a plaque and place it on the wall so that we can honor their service and make sure that their memory will never be forgotten.
